At Vitola’s, cigars are what we’re about! We don’t offer cigars as a prop to “elevate” some other aspect of our business. Anyone from a corner store to a barber salon can sell you a cigar but, at Vitola’s, we will teach what it is you are smoking. We will talk to you about what it is you are tasting and why that might be. We will try, if you’d like, to introduce you to something you may never have had. We will help you not only to choose a cigar but to understand your choice. We also believe in the immense social power that a cigar enjoyed around like-minded people can have. Unwinding with a cigar, especially in an environment like that of our lounge, catalyzes face-to-face conversations and, often, new friendships. We are about cigars and, by extension, we are about people!
Fernando Gandara & Mia Ortiz:
Born and raised in El Paso, Mia and Fernando have over 20 years of combined cigar smoking experience. We strive to create an environment conducive to wholesome conversation, civilized drinking, and adventure in tastes. Our main goal is for that environment to serve as a catalyst for the creation of new bonds or the strengthening of existing ones.
